All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends).
Custom items such as bouquets and graduation leis may require additional processing time. You will be notified if extra time is needed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in the areas of Chapelton and May Pen, Clarendon.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup instructions and location details will be provided in the confirmation email.

Orders must be picked up within [5–7 days] of notification unless otherwise arranged.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.
